In my country, it is required to analise 4 replicates against a primary recognised std, for a secondary std. verification.
In the case of a 5 ug compendial std, we will need 4 vials of primary std to prepare 4 sample solution and verify my secondary std. Is it allowed to buy only one primary std., dilute them accordingly to prepare 4 std. solutions and compare them with the secondary std?.
