The only requirement is that any document should be originated, reviewed, and approved. Whether or not you are obliged to report the signature on every page depends on the way you are managing the documentation. If updates are authorized to be effected on a page-by-page mode then certainly you have to sign ecery page. But if your superseded document is entirely removed and replaced by a new one correctly versioned then to sign only once the SOP is sufficient. Answers to this contribution:
