You would however need to have a space on the template to identify exactly what machine had undergone maintenance, what was done and why. The acceptance criteria to demonstrate that the machine was operating in a validated state would be the same as outlined in the origonal IQ/OQ/PQ documents. If the work was carried out by the manufacturer then they should provide a writen maintenance report showing that the equipment has been repaired and is operating correctly. That would probably only be an OQ, and you would need to carryout PQ yourself. Answers to this contribution:
