Conference Exhibition

The European Compliance Academy offers you the opportunity to present your company, your products and services to your target group by means of a Conference Exhibition at selected specialised GMP Conferences. No scattershot approach – no loss.

• You can rent exhibition spaces at many events

• No standardised trade fair structures - just bring along your own folding booth!

If you would like to exhibit, you can choose between the following options:

• Register for the exhibition only

• Apart from the exhibition, you have the opportunity to attend the lectures.
  As an exhibitor, you are granted a 50% discount on the regular registration fee for ONE employee. Further participants from your company will be granted a 20 % discount.
  This offer is only valid for employees of the exhibiting company and cannot be transferred to third persons. The respective registration fees can be found in the event programme.

• Sponsor the event

The Costs

The costs are EUR 1,490,- per exhibition stand.

Should there be any special regulations, you will find them in the event programme.

The following items are included in the exhibition fee:

• Your firm will be mentioned in the list of exhibitors

• One person as stand personnel

• For the stand personnel: lunch and refreshments as for event participants

• Maximum size of the exhibition stand: ca. 3 x 2 m

• Tables, chairs, and electric current

• Personal support on site

The costs for erection/removal of the stand as well as all materials concerning the presentation stand to be borne by the customer.

If there is enough room for an exhibition, we offer this opportunity for every event. As there may only be room for few stand spaces, we assign them according to the order of incoming requests.

Sponsoring

Your advantage of sponsoring

• You establish contact with exactly those persons who want to get informed about the specific conference subject.

• Participants benefit directly from your presentation or sponsoring and will therefore dedicate much more attention to you than to an advertisement, for example.

Sponsoring of coffee breaks, lunch or a social event

• This type of sponsoring is of an exclusive nature because only one company can act as a sponsor at a time.

• Participants and lecturers will be informed about the sponsor in their participants' documentation, furthermore, a sign informs about the sponsor during the coffee breaks. For lunch, the sponsor's name will be printed on the menus!

Package C Social Event

• Sponsoring a social event is an interesting opportunity for presenting your company. Even after many years, participants will associate an entertaining event with the company whose sponsoring was necessary to make it happen.

• You may cooperate in the organisation of the social event, i.e. you decide the scope of this event - from dinner in a restaurant up to an excursion and gala dinners with artistic entertainment everything is possible.

Brochure in the course/conference bag
Your 4-page company or product brochure as an insert in the bag which all delegates will receive as part of their official event package. Prices: € 490,- (at a course) /€ 990,- (at a conference).
