Dedication of equipment is often the minimum requirement if different hazardous products are manufactured in the same facilities. Cleaning validation may be insufficient is the cleaning is not automated. Therefore you can consider cleaning validation + systematic cleaning verification (by testing) + appropriate Risk analysis to be submitted to your inspectorate or the different foreign inspectorates you deal with.
