Is it a must in EU. GMP when writing SOP to have footer signatures of "prepared by" , " Reviewed by" and " Approved by" for each page ?
I noticed in some european SOPs that they sighn the covering sheet only with stamping each page with "controlled copy" and signature of documentation control officer for each page.
