What is the best way to manage commercial returns (not related to quality, safety, efficacy)?
How are commercial returns impacted by the following GDP guidelines statement
"medicinal products returns from a customer not holding a wholesale distribution authorisation should only be returned to saleable stock if they were returned within five days of original dispatch"
Does this statement exempt pharmacy returns form being returned to good stock if outside the stated five day window.
In all cases here my questions relate to non defective material returns.
