For example if part of a facility undergoing IQ has been subject to satisfactory IQ and that part functions independently of the remainder, then there is no reason why OQ should not commence on that part.
The number of OQ tests on alarms should be determined by the criticality of the processes which they are intended to monitor. Answers to this contribution:
